About me

My name is Leon Tranter and I am the founder of the Extreme Uncertainty website. I am very passionate about Agile software development. There is a lot of noise, myths and disinformation about this topic. A lot of people are confused and frustrated with Agile. If you are one of those people, I can  help with practical knowledge and advice from many years of implementing Agile in the real world.

I have experience in large and small companies, with enterprise and startups. I have worked with web, mobile, backend and wearables. I have a Masters in Business Adminstration (Finance and IT) from the University of Technology Sydney, and I am a certified Professional Scrum Master with the scrum.org organisation.
